This is my first attempt at posting on a blog. Blogging is something I have been curious about but hesitant to try. I've used "wwaaayyyy too busy at work", "need to do my Nihon Vogue homework", "have to clean my cluttered office", and "hmmm, not sure I really want to be so OUT THERE" as excuses for not moving ahead with a personal blog. I enjoy reading blogs of fellow knitters and friends and finally decided to explore creating one of my own. The tools and resources to help do so are excellent... time will tell if this indulgence becomes a passing fancy or a sustainable venture. I took Whimsy out for a walk tonight after work - we did our loop through the Montreux neighborhood and returned home moments before the thunderstorm began. Thunder turned to hail and once again our reluctant Spring has turned back to Winter. Our last trek through the snow was on Christmas day on the back trails of Cougar Mountain. My goal is to walk every day. Yes. Inclimate weather or not. Should I, would I, could I be as bold to say "If no walking for the day - then no knitting for day!" Do I want to put that in writing for all to see? Yikes!
